For this project I was tasked with creating a travel poster in the most classic style. With that said, I consider the final product pretty successful. 

My goal for this poster was to focus on two things; A landmark and a view. These are two things that I found coming up multiple times when researching Provincetown, their fantastic sunsets & their largest building and most major landmark, The Pilgrim Tower. 

Focusing on a strong gradient, I used low value colors to blend into the horizon line and create a sense of distance and atmosphere. Along with this focusing on very minimal parts of the tower was important as most travel posters do not feature incredibly detailed elements.
